All throughout the years, the sneaker selling business had already flourished as many models came into the market. Some of the sneakers that are being released today had extremely limited stocks thus making the demands high. Other sneakers had been an icon already and the newer ones are made by famous designers or artist. With the hype around some sneaker, some choose to collect while others stayed collecting and storing them.

Having this concept, consignment stores were established. An example of this is Stadium Goods. They sell almost all types of sneakers and other streetwear pieces and apparels. Their store became a marketplace and a paradise for the "sneakerheads" and collectors out there. They are famous has a very reputable popularity for selling only the most sought after footwear, apparel, and other hard-to-find items on behalf of other sellers. Their business model helps other re-sellers to reach their maximum audience and market. Stadium Goods is really a staple and had also become a free and accessible museum that showcases different type of sneaker.

Last Feb 6. 2017, J Balvin along with Complex News' Joe La Puma, did a sneaker shopping at Stadium Goods. During that day, J Balvin had spent a total of $4000 for four different sneakers according to Sneakernews. Although it might seem ordinary, these sneakers are considered very rare and only a few people have them. The four sneakers he bought were "Fragment Design x Air Jordan 1", Blue and Yellow "Adidas NMD Pharell Williams Human Race" and a "Jordan Old Love New Love Pack". The said sneakers were released way back in time and won't be restocking anytime soon.

Aside from buying sneakers, J Balvin also talked about getting sample pairs of Kanye West's Adidas Yeezy line from unspecified sources. He also talked about his love for the Jordan brand. He also stated that his favorite pair was the "Doernbecher Jordan 4s", a collaboration between Nike and Doernbecher Foundation in hopes of helping children through sneaker selling. J Balvin is indeed a "sneaker head" with a heart. You can see their whole sneaker shopping on the video below:
