Elon Musk made headlines once again when he expressed that human beings should become cyborgs or choose to be obsolete and irrelevant. These words were revealed during the World Government Summit held in United Arab Emirates, where the , SpaceX and Tesla founder pointed out that humans have limited processing power and bandwidth.

"Over time I think we will probably see a closer merger of biological intelligence and digital intelligence," Musk specifically said to Dubai's audience as he was also launching Tesla. While Musk pointed out that humans seem to have limited processing power, he emphasized that computers could transfer, ingest, and process large data in just a second. He added that for people to not be replaced by artificial intelligence and robots, human beings should become machines themselves.

In order to better explain the premise, the Tesla founder gave the self-driving cars as a concrete example. According to his explanation, the future of autonomous cars mean displacement of manual jobs. He added that to avoid this circumstance, people has to start figuring out what roles they will be taking on in the near future.

In terms of artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicles are one of the most concrete developments in the field, CNET reported. While the most recent update of AIs is still limited autonomous functions, experts say that it will not be long when these machines are programmed to manifest artificial general intelligence. When this happens, it will be able to execute every single role that human beings complete.

Meanwhile, reports have surfaced that Musk's secret SpaceX tunnel is inspired by the game "Minecraft." Moreover, hints have been released that the secret tunnel is built to go straight to Los Angeles International Airport. In fact, earlier in the month, the Spacex founder tweeted an image of what appears like a tunnel.

"Minecraft" Lithuanian players then immediately took it as a challenge and created an imagining of the said tunnel, which runs to LAX. These were the same people that created the Tesla Gigafactory proposal in Lithuania, Mashable reported. Watch the Elon Musk, Minecraft Challenge Accepted (SpaceX to LAX tunnel) here:
