'James Bond' Producer Michael Wilson In His Greatest Photography Collections

The American producer Michael G. Wilson was the person behind every James Bond movies since Moonraker was aired in 1979. Yet Michael wasn't contented with being a producer or executive writer, he also built one of the world's greatest photography collections.

According to The Guardian, Wilson carves up no fewer than 18 cameos in 007's various adventures, as pall-bearer, doctor, a man in a corridor, police chief, an army general, Nasa Technician, Greek Priest, and Soviet security council member. Wilson also cuts the same figure in the world of photography. 

Michael Wilson opened the Wilson Center for photography in 1998 and it was one of the largest private of photograph today. Since 80's, Wilson's eagerness for collecting the photographs has grown immensely, in fact, he even became an art fund trustee.

According to Artdaily, Michael Wilson said that he was very delighted to become a trustee of the Art Fund. He also added that the organization does a huge job of engaging national and regional interest in the industry of arts and assure public access to great art collections through its tireless campaigning and funding.

The Wilson Center for photography hosts seminars, study sessions, runs the annual bursary project with the national media museum and loans to international museum galleries. Meanwhile, Michael is also a Managing director at EON productions and responsible for the hit of the box office. 

The year 1979 Michael became executive producer of the film "Moonraker" and since he has been an executive producer on every James Bond film he was currently co-producing with his half-sister Barbara Broccoli. However, besides of being a producer himself he still strives for more and there he found the collection of the photograph and it grows immensely.

Michael Wilson produces 11,00 piece of photography collection and it was kept inside Wilson's Center of photography. And now Michael was considered as the world's foremost collector of 19th-century photographs.
