In 2018, Estonia will celebrate its centenary and for this big day, the preparation has already taken into action. One of Estonia's certified "An Instrument for Every Child" will be reinforced in favor of preserving country's musical traditions. It will aim to maintain musical ability for every child. Besides, this program is also mentioned to be helpful for children development.

Allan Tame, the head of Estonia 100 project, explained in Estonian World: "[p]laying an instrument develops a child's social skills, their ability to work towards a goal and their aesthetic taste." Thus, besides maintaining country notoriety in playing instruments, it will also beneficial to shape children personality for nation better future.

"An Instrument for Every Child" does not literally mean giving an instrument to every child in Estonia, but it will be about contributing the instruments to schools, musical schools, and other musical institutions. Reported in Estonian World, children' interests to play instrument is hampered because the institutions can't afford to purchase new instruments replacing the old one.

Considering an enormous demand for new instrument applied in 2016 as stated in NDPC, this project is expected to be invaluable accomplishment for society. Hopefully, advanced instruments will encourage children to learn and then master it professionally.

Beside country also have a certain intention through this program which is to revive Estonian harp as it is part of demand from institutions. Not only harp, others traditional instruments, such as accordion will also be provided to the institutions.

Therefore, "An Instrument for Every Child" is a program that contributes to the community in a comprehensive way. By applying this programs, it will be able to reap significant benefits all at once. Increasing in the child's interest to play music, improving children ability in creative thinking, and preserving country's traditions certainly will be obtained from this program.
