People’s Liberation Army Performed Chicken Dance
When Donald Trump promised to not only rebuild the American military and show it off the world with parades down Pennsylvania Avenue and flyovers of New York. The Chinese government clearly gets the messages upon celebrating the Chinese New Year.
Chinese soldiers from Central Theater Command of Chinese People's Liberation Army performed a chicken dance for the audiences. A video posted by the People's Daily, China, soldiers transformed from their typical serious appearance and presented an entertaining dance imitating a chicken.
The soldiers danced, making chicken wings with their arms, to the rhythm of the music giving a cute, funny yet well-choreograph dance. Before that, a giant rooster sculpture was erected outside a shopping mall in Taiyuan, in China's northern Shanxi Province as part of celebrations welcoming the Year of Rooster.
The sculpture portrays Donald Trump and sporting his signature hairdo and hand gestures. It was commissioned by the company who owns the mall with the sculpture adopted as the mascot according to The New York Times. A range of Trump-rooster merchandise is now on sale to the public, from merchandises that priced $57 to the 32 foot-tall model priced at around $1,725.
According to The Atlantic, a fortune-teller from Hong Kong, Priscilla Lam, predicted on Trump's victory in the 2016 election will be up-and-down since it was a Rooster Year. The U.S president was born in the year of fire, warm weather of spring and summer will be good for Trump but in the cooler months of autumn and winter she foresees him to run into difficulties, protests will be everywhere.
It is not the first time that Donald Trump was compared to a bird, last year pictures of a golden pheasant with blond pompadour gained popularity when the People's Daily published the photo. Maybe that's why there are protests everywhere, it's still cold not favorable for Trump and since summer is still far away you got to stock a lot of patience Donald.
