According to The Stage, by March the two companies will merge and start operating under the banner of TRG Arts. BON Culture's London office will make way for TRG's new UK and Europe headquarters. TRG has been working with BON Culture ever since 2015.

David Brownlee, the former executive director of Bon Culture will take up the vice presidential post for the new organization's UK and Europe division while another BON director Mari O'Neill will be in charge of the UK operations. Lindsay Anderson will take up the role of vice president of client development for a year and will look after the establishment of the UK office. He will also be the lead consultant for clients.

According to Brownlee "This coming together is a natural progression from what has been a highly successful partnership, that should better serve the needs of clients in the UK and around Europe, and provide more capacity to satisfy the amazing demand for TRG's services," He also made aware of the fact that BON Culture as TRG will keep extending its backing for the National Campaign for the Arts that was revamped last year with a vision to boost the current state of public funding for arts and culture in U.K.

March 23 has been fixed as the day TRG will be launched officially in U.K. TRG president and CEO Jill Robinson is of the opinion that this will be a big step in the making of a better cultural atmosphere in U.K.

As reported by Broadway World, TRG has been working actively for the last 18 months with Birmingham Repertory Theater, Wolverhampton Grand Theater and the Rose Theater-Kingston. It is currently working as a consultancy partner with the New Wolsey Theater in Ipswich, Sheffield Theaters, Nottingham playhouse, Northern Stage and Birmingham Royal Ballet.
